Highway 101 exit Victoria Avenue.
Head south towards harbor (follow sign).
Continue on Victoria Ave. 5 1/2 miles to Channel Islands Boulevard make right
Go up two stop lights on Channel Islands blvd. and make a left on Harbor Blvd(bottom of bridge).
Take Harbor 1/2 mile down.
On left hand side you see the Marine Emporium Landing Sign. It will have our address 3600 on top.
Park in lot behind sign and walk up right side of building
